KoruIQ is a product of NextRow Digital ("NextRow", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through www.koruiq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Data processed inside the KoruIQ platform on behalf of customers is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or request a demo, audit, or pilot, we collect your name, work email, company, website URL, and anything you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page. Where enabled, analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. You can control these in Cookie Settings.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver the audit, demo, or pilot you requested.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To send communications you have requested. We do not add you to newsletters or automated sequences without your consent.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers only as needed to operate this site, under agreements that limit their use of your data.

Data retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we mean by “sharing”
